3. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements using our measurement guide. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a custom-made product that is damaged during shipping or has manufacturing defects (such as faulty stitching, incorrect measurements, or materials that differ from what was ordered), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will work with you to address the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund depending on the circumstances and feasibility.
